Returns
Our return policy allows returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Products that are damaged after being opened
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
How to Return an Item

- Once authorized, ship the item to the address provided.
- Include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
